RISE

One-to-one 6-month coaching journey for high-achievers who want to stop pouring their help into others and to start filling their own cup up first.

You can feel worthy of love and rest without saying Yes (all the time).

You’re here because you want to finally put yourself first without compromising your relationships, your health and your own happiness.

By prioritising your own needs, you'll be better resourced to give and receive from love and not for love.

You are the kind of person who has lived a lifetime of putting others first… and now it’s time to put yourself first.

You care a lot about other people and would probably do anything for your colleagues, clients and loved ones…

You’re self-aware and maybe you’ve tried talk therapy for your anxiety or stress which gets better for a while before you’re feeling triggered, misunderstood and those around you are still taking you for granted.

You want to feel like you can help others when your own cup is full, become less dependent on others say what you really feel to your partner, family members and boss without treading on eggshells..

You want to feel okay to rest before you're totally exhausted….

Being your best self requires you to take care of your health and energy first.

Does this sound like you?

  • Do you often find yourself worrying about what others think of you, fearing judgment from colleagues, friends, or family?

  • Are you frequently comparing yourself to others and feeling a sense of jealousy or inadequacy, especially with those close to you like your sister?

  • Do you struggle to switch off from work, even on weekends, and often bring work home, feeling like you can’t fully relax?

  • Do you feel pressured to stay on top of everything and end up creating stress for yourself by trying to meet self-imposed expectations?

  • Do you wake up tired, achy, and stressed because your thoughts about what others think of you keep you up at night, affecting your sleep?

Here’s the thing…

All of our behaviour, whether conscious or unconscious, is rooted in our childhood experiences.

Even we try to change our behaviours and thoughts through CBT, talking therapy, reading personal development books, or listening to podcasts  until we dig deep and face up to how we are really feeling, we end up avoiding what lies beneath and miss the chance to address our adverse childhood experiences, which are keeping us in repeating cycles of overworking, overthinking, and feeling overwhelmed.

We tend to look out for others and put them first as it means we don’t need to confront our own feelings. Sometimes this can be really deep stuff that is uncomfortable to confront.

INTRODUCING

RISE

A 6 month 1:1 coaching journey for high-achievers who want to stop pouring their help into others and to start filling their own cup up first

RISE is for you, if you want to:

1. Feel confident in conflict and less self-doubt:

- Gaining confidence to handle conflicts without feeling like an impostor.

- Reducing self-doubt and fear of judgment from others.

- Trusting in your own abilities and decisions.

2. Be more connected and authentic with better boundaries:

- Feeling more genuine and true to yourself in interactions.

- Establishing healthy boundaries to balance work and personal life, allowing time for self-care.

- Being present and engaged in your relationships without the burden of constant overthinking.

3. More Headspace and Emotional Freedom:

- Reducing overthinking and creating mental space for relaxation and creativity.

- Managing stress and achieving better sleep, leading to improved overall health.

- Feeling a sense of belonging and worth without relying on external validation.

What we’ll work on:

Pillar 1 - AUTHENTICITY

First, we will focus on trusting ourselves more, making decisions that align with our true desires, saying no to the things we don’t want to do, and prioritising our own well-being. We'll concentrate on filling our own cups before pouring into others and engaging in activities we enjoy. We will build your capacity for self-awareness by understanding your values, beliefs, and needs. This will enable you to express your true feelings and thoughts honestly and openly from a regulated nervous system, and take actions that reflect your beliefs and values.

PILLAR 2 - BOUNDARIES

Next, we will establish better boundaries so you can stay true to yourself and honour your well-being while maintaining healthy and balanced relationships. Boundaries involve recognising your own worth and setting priorities to optimise your emotional, mental, spiritual, and physical health. We will teach you how to communicate your needs and priorities clearly and confidently to others. Knowing your boundaries allows you to remove yourself from draining or toxic behaviors or situations. This ensures that your interactions are mutually respectful and beneficial, avoiding overcommitment or exploitation.

PILLAR 3 - CONNECTION

Finally, we will improve your connection with yourself so that you can form more meaningful connections with others. Connecting with yourself means tuning into your body, acknowledging and processing your emotions, and understanding and meeting your needs. This helps you process and release suppressed emotions. With consistent practice, you will foster a sense of inner safety and stability. In turn, this will help you connect with others in healthier ways—nurturing these connections, creating a foundation of trust, safety, and understanding, and reclaiming a sense of wholeness.

Meet your coach

Hi, I’m Claryn and I spent years and years being a people pleaser and working hard to prove myself to others.

I was angry a lot and didn’t know why because I often couldn’t express myself. I worked so hard, trying to do everything for everyone and I ended up burning out. Not one, but twice.

It wasn’t until someone asked me, ‘what brings you joy, Claryn?’ that I realised I didn’t know. This was because I didn’t want to feel pain. You can’t feel joy without feeling pain so I chose to numb them both.

As a child when I was joyful and happy, I would get told off.

I slowly realised I was sabotaging myself, deep down I didn’t feel as though I was worthy of a good career or having a successful business. With lots of inner work, I realised this came down to an inner child wound of abandonment that came from my mum leaving me when I was young.

If my mum didn’t want me, why would I want myself? Who was I to deserve success and happiness?

I became fascinated with the link between self-sabotage and childhood trauma.

Discovering Gabor Mate’s work, I qualified in Compassionate Inquiry, a psychotherapeutic approach to healing trauma.

I found how our trauma is stored in the body and the way  to release it is to actually feel it, whether it’s releasing anger in a healthy way or being OK with feeling itself. This allowed me to respond rather than react when I got angry or triggered.

Our stories are in the past and we can’t go back to them, we just need to meet the emotions instead of suppressing them as a coping mechanism. Our triggers are a part of us that want our attention as adults.

I later qualified as a breathwork practitioner to help release stored emotions through our breath and more recently a Sound Practitioner to support the nervous system and rebalance energy.
