Information about Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB):
Conscious Connected Breathwork is one of the most profound approaches to releasing emotional, mental and physical tension, regulating and supporting our nervous system, deepening our awareness and connection to ourselves, and expanding our consciousness, and for trauma release
With CCB, we breathe through the mouth in a continuous, circular pattern, and the emphasis is on the inhale to create a charge with more oxygen.
This takes us to an altered state of consciousness where our analytical brain (the prefrontal cortex) goes offline.
Neurotransmitters, including dopamine and endorphins, are then released.
You will be conscious and in control of your own breath and journey.
