Claryn Nicholas
I spent a good portion of my life, rushing through it, anxious, drained and running on empty. In 2020, I was diagnosed with an overactive thyroid condition and had to learn to slow down and listen to my own needs which allowed me to meet myself again.
After addressing past traumas, releasing emotions through breathwork and committing to my own self care I changed the way I spoke to myself and treated my body. It was only then I got closer to my desire, understood what I really wanted, communicated consciously with my partner, family and friends, and got to do the work I only dreamed of.
It all begins with slowing down, restoring and reconnecting.
And it can start with a Journey to Wholeness.
Guest facilitator:
Morag Young
Morag is a part-time storyteller and poet who has been delivering guided writing sessions for over three years. In her professional life she supports purpose-led entrepreneurs to find not just the right
words but the right ways to market and run their business. Passionate about people raising their unique voices up into the world, Morag believes that words are the bridges that help us cross the unseeable.
She’ll take every opportunity she can to talk about how we can all harness the power of our true and wise inner voice to think better, imagine better and reveal limitless solutions.
When she’s not helping folks discover that their voice is their most powerful tool you’ll find her far away from computer screens, writing in cafés, wandering through woods, shopping in art galleries and most fun of all, riding motorbikes.

Information about Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB):
Conscious Connected Breathwork is one of the most profound approaches to releasing emotional, mental and physical tension, regulating and supporting our nervous system, deepening our awareness and connection to ourselves, and expanding our consciousness, and for trauma release
CCB uses a breathing technique that we breathe through the mouth in a continuous circular pattern (there is no pause between the inhale and exhale). The emphasis is on the inhale to create a charge as you fill the body with more oxygen.
Breathing this way takes us to an altered state of consciousness where our analytical brain (the prefrontal cortex) goes offline.
Neurotransmitters, including dopamine and endorphins, are then released.
You will be conscious and always in control of your own breath and journey and I will guide and hold a safe space for you throughout.

Sound Healing is not recommended for those during certain periods of pregnancy, individuals with sound/music induced epileptic seizures, if you have severe mental health conditions, those with implanted medical devices, if you have heart problems, hearing issues, or if you are currently experiencing an acute or infectious condition.
