Surrender November with Breathwork and Sound

  • R3FORM STUDIO Castor Barns, Peterborough Road Peterborough, England, PE5 7DH United Kingdom (map)

A breathwork and sound workshop

to release, trust, and embrace the power of presence.

Surrender November is an invitation to release what no longer serves you, let go of control, and trust in the process of life. As we transition into the final month of the year, it's easy to hold on to accumulated stress, internal struggles, and a constant sense of inner resistance.

This workshop is designed to help you let go and lean in, surrender to the moment, and find peace in simply being.

Through the transformative power of breathwork and the soothing vibrations of sound healing, you’ll be guided on a journey of

  • Releasing tension

  • Softening resistance, and

  • Embracing trust

The word "surrender" doesn’t mean giving up—it means letting go of the burdens that weigh you down, which is often the need to control outcomes, the pressure you place on yourself and the expectations of how things should be, allowing you to step into a space of ease, acceptance, and presence.

In the safe and supportive space of this workshop, I will guide you to:

  • Release the stress and tension that you've been carrying.

  • Relax deeply into the present moment, finding stillness and clarity.

  • Reset your nervous system and energy, emerging renewed and ready for the close of the year.

Give yourself permission to surrender — to trust in the process of letting go, and find the peace that comes when we stop resisting.

Join us for Surrender November and experience the profound transformation that comes from releasing, relaxing, and resetting your body, mind, and spirit.

A chance to pause and release before the rush of December and the holidays.

An opportunity to reset before the final month of the year.

A powerful moment to let go of any lingering tension and embrace peace and presence as the year draws to a close.

What to expect:

Breathwork - helps release any stuck or stagnant energy, creating space for new energy to flow in, along with receiving insights and wisdom.

Yoga Nidra and Sound - offer a time to rest, allowing your body to process and integrate, bringing everything together as you immerse in the soothing vibrations of sound healing.

The frequencies washing over you will clear residual energy blockages, holding you in rest and wholeness as you renew and anchor your new commitments to yourself.

The Sound Healing Session was very well prepared […] and it fulfilled my expectations of being an amazing experience and different to what I have experienced before and Claryn's expertise in using them was perfection.

Hi, I’m Claryn

I am a certified yoga teacher, conscious connected breathwork Facilitator and Coach, with nearly 30 years of experience as a registered nurse.

I have also trained with Gabor Maté in his Compassionate Inquiry psychotherapeutic approach to healing trauma, and I am qualified in delivering sound healing.

All of this has led me to believe and understand that our bodies hold the answer.

For much of my life, I rushed through, feeling anxious, drained, and running on empty. In 2020, I was diagnosed with an overactive thyroid condition, which forced me to slow down and truly listen to my own needs. This shift allowed me to meet myself again.

By addressing past traumas, releasing suppressed emotions through breathwork, and committing to self-care, I transformed the way I spoke to myself and treated my body. As a result, I gained clarity on my true desires, communicated more consciously with my partner, family, and friends, and began doing the work I had only dreamed of.

It all begins with slowing down, restoring, and reconnecting—a journey that has brought me both healing and fulfilment, and one I now guide others through.

Information about Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB):

Conscious Connected Breathwork is one of the most profound approaches to releasing emotional, mental and physical tension, regulating and supporting our nervous system, deepening our awareness and connection to ourselves, and expanding our consciousness, and for trauma release

CCB uses a breathing technique that we breathe through the mouth in a continuous circular pattern (there is no pause between the inhale and exhale). The emphasis is on the inhale to create a charge as you fill the body with more oxygen.

Breathing this way takes us to an altered state of consciousness where our analytical brain (the prefrontal cortex) goes offline.

Neurotransmitters, including dopamine and endorphins, are then released.

You will be conscious and always in control of your own breath and journey and I will guide and hold a safe space for you throughout.
